Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Add your ingredients to your high speed blender (I used my Vitamix)
  2. Blend on high for 5-7 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until very smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a mason jar or an airtight container, store in your fridge for 1-2 weeks or freezer for up to one month.
