Traditional hummus is delicious, but it’s always fun to spice things up. This recipe uses nutrient-rich beets to create a sweet, healthy dip that goes great with anything.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can or 1 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small beet (cooked)
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. In your food processor, combine garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, beet (chopped), and salt & pepper.
  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
