Piña Kale-ada Smoothie

This recipe is super easy to make and is a great way to start off your day. This smoothie keeps me full and energized and is perfect for after my daily workout. It keeps me cool and hydrated during my summer runs. Enjoy and share with your family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 pineapple (4 cups)
  • 46 leaves of kale
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Cut and peel your pineapple.
  2. In your high speed blender, combine bananas, pineapple, and kale.
  3. Add ice and/ or water and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

For this recipe I used my Vitamix Blender. I also use 2 cups ice instead of water or frozen bananas to cool me down during the summer heat.
