Day 3 of my juice cleanse was a bit of a challenge. I started the day with a headache, luckily, my juice cured it. The rest of the day was great. I can’t stop thinking of all the things I want to cook up in the kitchen once this cleanse is over. We are going to have some fun. On that note, here is another juice recipe for you to enjoy!
Citrus City Juice Recipe
The name says it all. This recipe was a combination of all the citrus I have at this time. Perfect for a morning kick, it wakes me right up. After playing around with the flavors, I finally got it perfect to share with you all. I have to say that I’m not a big fan of grapefruit. I know…it’s sad. But this recipe, even with the grapefruit, I love it!
I used my omega juicer for this recipe and didn’t strain the pulp. Usually, I double, or even sometimes triple strain but I’m a big fan of citrus pulp so I always leave it.

Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 2 grapefruit
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Peel and chop produce to fit juicer.
- Slowly feed ingredients into your juicer.

Notes
I prefer to leave the pulp in this recipe so that I can gain from the added fiber but if you are new to juicing straining it will be more flavorful. Try both and see which one you like best :)
