I hope you are having a wonderful week. If you follow me on Instagram then you know that I’m a BIG fan of green smoothies. They’re quick, easy, portable, delicious, and you can add a ton of different super-powered nutrients to each one. There is no limit when it comes to smoothie combinations. This green smoothie is packed with a ridiculous amount of feel good ingredients, it taste great and is perfect for those that struggle to get the greens in. It’s the ultimate green smoothie recipe.
The Ultimate Green Smoothie Recipe
You don’t always need to follow a recipe when making green smoothies. It’s pretty simple if you ask me, although if you’re not careful even green smoothies packed with things like kale and bananas can easily turn into a high sugar bomb.
If you as me a good ratio of greens/veggies to fruit is 60/40. I definitely go higher sometimes with the %40 fruit but you really need to be the judge of your body.
This green smoothie combination has all the essential nutrients you need. High protein, fats, fiber and sweetened with natural sugars. You can also add your favorite plant-based protein powder, I’m using the Garden of Life  Vegan Protein Powder with Vitamins and Probiotics. It’s awesome!

I am so excited to start with your recipes…I was told to do only green recipes…I am a (newbie juicer) I would like to have some juicing recipes…Thanking you in advance…Also, if I may ask…how long can you keep leftover juices???
That is so AWESOME, Linda!
I love green juice, it’s one of my favorite self care practices. Usually the recommended storage time is 72 hours, but really I would say 48 hours. Enjoy!
Hugs,
Vanessa
Good post. I learn something tougher on totally different blogs everyday. It’ll at all times be stimulating to read content material from other writers and apply a bit something from their store. I’d want to make use of some with the content material on my weblog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll offer you a link in your internet blog. Thanks for sharing.
